Refund Policy

We want you to love your Known and Called shirt. Every item is made especially for you, so we're unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However your satisfaction matters to us — if anything arrives damaged or isn't right we'll make it right immediately with a replacement or full refund, no return necessary.

Please provide a photo within 28 days of product delivery showing the damage or manufacturing error and we will issue a replacement or a refund. There is no need to return the damaged product.
